About
Coach, designer, founder. Leader in every one.
I’ve always loved solving problems and finding ways to make things better. Coaching showed me how much I enjoy understanding people: what frustrates them and what would make their lives easier. Product design let me combine that with creativity and technology.
Coaching and playing sports taught me most of what I know about leadership. Every player is different, and you have to figure out how to get the best out of each person, make calls under pressure, adapt when things aren’t working, and have the hard conversations. I use those same skills every day with product owners, engineers, and users.
I love complex problems: people managing a lot of information while trying to get their jobs done fast. I dig into how they actually work and make complicated processes feel simple. I stay with my team through the whole process, not just the handoff, and I don’t assume my ideas are always the right ones. The best solution for the user and the business wins.
Next, I want to help shape the direction of a product, not just its screens, and build something big with great people that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, sports have always been a huge part of my life. I played and coached in college, and I still follow just about everything. When I’m not watching a game, I’m probably outside: hiking, traveling, or finding my way to a beach.
